Netcoms Affiliate, Virtual Assistant, Privacy & Payment Policies

1. Affiliate Policies

Our Virtual Assistants (VAs) play a vital role in delivering quality services to our clients. To maintain efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality::

  • Eligibility Criteria:
     Successfully refer at least one Private Label client, OR
     Successfully refer at least two U.S.A. clients.

     

  • Commission Structure: Affiliates will earn 30% profit from the margin on all qualified referrals.

     

  • Ethical Promotion: Affiliates must promote Netcoms services truthfully and avoid false or misleading claims.

     

  • Partnership Integrity: Affiliates who fail to comply with company policies or engage in unethical practices may have their affiliate status revoked without prior notice.

 

2.Virtual Assistant Policies

Our Virtual Assistants (VAs) play a vital role in delivering quality services to our clients. To maintain efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality:

  • Performance Standards:   VAs must complete assigned tasks on time and maintain consistent productivity.
    Work quality and dedication will be regularly reviewed by the management team.

     

  • Client Data Protection:
     VAs are required to safeguard all client information and treat it as strictly confidential.
    Any unauthorized sharing, misuse, or disclosure of client data will result in immediate termination and possible legal action.

     

  • Long-Term Engagement: VAs who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and professionalism will be considered for long-term collaboration with Netcoms.

     

  • Termination Clause: In accordance with company policy, Netcoms reserves the right to terminate the services of any VA at any time due to poor performance, misconduct, or failure to meet deadlines.

 

3.Privacy Policy

Netcoms is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all affiliates, virtual assistants, and clients.

General Data Privacy

  • Data Collection: We collect only the information necessary to provide our services, process payments, and maintain business communication.

     

  • Data Usage: Personal information will be used strictly for operational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except where required by law.

     

  • Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to safeguard all stored data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

     

  • Confidentiality: Affiliates and VAs must maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Netcoms operations, client data, and internal communications, even after their contract or partnership ends.

     

 Client Data Privacy

  • Purpose of Collection: Client data is collected solely for service delivery, account management, and communication.

     

  • Data Storage & Security: All client data is stored securely, with access restricted to authorized personnel only.

     

  • Non-Disclosure Commitment: Netcoms will never sell, rent, or trade client data to third parties.

     

  • Third-Party Access: If client data must be shared with third-party service providers (e.g., shipping, payment processing), it will be done only under strict confidentiality agreements.

     

  • Data Retention: Client information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations, after which it will be securely deleted.

     

  • Virtual Assistant Commitment: All Virtual Assistants working with Netcoms are bound by a Client Data Protection Agreement to ensure full confidentiality and security of client information.

     

4. Payment Policies

a. Affiliate Payments

  • Commission payments will be processed monthly after the client pays the invoice, based on the confirmed profit margin from referred clients.

  • Payments will be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed payment methods.

  • Affiliates must ensure their payment details are correct and updated. Netcoms is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

  • Any disputes regarding commission must be reported within 7 business days of payment issuance.

b. Virtual Assistant Payments

  • VAs will be paid according to the agreed rate and payment schedule outlined in their contract.

  • Payments will be processed monthly after completion and approval of assigned tasks.

  • In cases of contract termination due to misconduct or violation of company policy, Netcoms reserves the right to withhold pending payments for incomplete or unsatisfactory work.

c. Client Payments

  • All client payments must be made in advance unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, PayPal, or other approved payment channels.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension until dues are cleared.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be issued only in accordance with the Netcoms Refund Policy.
