• Payments & Refunds
  All payments for services or courses must be made in advance. Refunds, if applicable, will follow our refund policy as communicated during enrollment or purchase. Netcoms reserves the right to decline refunds in cases of misuse or policy violations.
• Refund Policy Any clarification or dispute regarding an invoice must be raised within 7 business days from the invoice date. Refunds will be processed only if the clarification is raised and validated within this time frame. After 7 business days, no refund or adjustment requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
• Product Authenticity Clause Netcoms will provide winning products sourced through authorized distributors only. However, if any distributor is later found to have supplied unauthorized or counterfeit products, Netcoms will not be held responsible for such cases. Clients are advised to verify product authenticity directly with the distributor if needed.
• Intellectual Property
  All materials, content, branding, graphics and course resources provided by Netcoms are the exclusive property of the company. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our materials is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Links & Tools
  Our website may contain links to third-party platforms, such as Zoom or external resources, for service delivery. Netcoms is not responsible for the content, security, or policies of these external sites.

  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
